We’re excited to help you recycle your Christmas tree the eco-friendly way! To ensure a smooth and hassle-free pickup, here are a few quick guidelines:
REAL Christmas Trees Only: We can only accept natural trees—no artificial ones, please!
Keep It Natural: Your tree should look just like it did in the great outdoors (minus the snow).
Remove All Decorations: Please make sure your tree is free of:
Lights
Decorations
Tinsel
Stands
Metal hooks or wires
No Flocking or Spray Snow: Unfortunately, flocked trees can’t be recycled, so we can’t accept them.
If a tree isn’t properly prepped or can’t be accessed, we may need to reschedule, and a $50 trip charge could apply.
Pro Tip: Double-check your tree size when booking! If the selected size doesn’t match, we might need to adjust pricing or, in rare cases, reschedule.
👉 Missed Pickup Times: Please note, refunds aren’t available for missed pickups.
